Lazy veggies make less nutritious options and believe it or not pesticides make veggies VERY LAZY!! 😉 For those wondering if frozen or fresh have the most phytonutrients or if you want to know things like: if you tear your romaine lettuce the day before you serve it it increases the nutritional content… then get this book!
