OMG!  Our country can finally start to heal and all of my health coach co-graduates are going to be busy!!

NEXT?  How can we help shape the beverage and food industry towards a healthier way to make money?  How can people navigate a 24 gram a day of sugar world?  There are natural sweetener options!  You can go to my Sugar Free Me page to find resources.  Go to the beginning and read!  There you will find Maria Mind Body Health who has wonderful healthified junk food recipes.  I found her a full year after I had already kicked this very destructive addiction and I am so glad I did.  She helped expand my desert recipes!  There are many pages and sites now to direct towards sugarfreeness.  BEWARE the sites that have you substituting fruit for sugar.  That is not a substitute.  As cave people we didn’t have access to fruit.  We didn’t have sweeteners natural or otherwise either, but we have to have something less damaging to get us off the heroin of the food world. Sweeteners like stevia and GMO free erythritol are the methadone.  I used artificial ones until I got a handle on how bad they are and did the research to find more natural ones.  Sometimes you have to do the less bad thing.  Fruit, other than small amounts, (like a 1/4-1/2 cup a day), of WILD-only blueberries should be avoided like you would a Snicker’s bar or 20 Oz Coke.

We are lucky to be living in a time with substitutions.

Next, next?  W.H.O.  needs to make new standard for the Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio!


Let’s say a prayer for the sugar industry lobbiests and Nonsanto (GMO sugar beets).  They must be crying somewhere.   Let us bring light and hope into their hearts.  Thank you God!

They will be fine as long as they saved money.  They can sell their biggest toys too.  It’ll be just fine.
